We are proud of our Care workers who we train to deliver a variety of specialist services to service users in their own home with Dementia Support, Re-enablement Services, support with Learning Difficulties, Mental Health diagnosis and Palliative Care. Our clients live in the communities of Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bourton On The Water and Bishop Cleeve.

All newly recruited Care workers receive a full 12 week company induction, 6 full days of classroom training & continued on the job training and support in-line with the Care Standards Certificate, with follow up annual refresher mandatory training courses, regular supervisions and observations by senior level of management. You will also have the opportunity to progress and develop in Health & Social Care by registering with us to study for QCF Diploma certificates in Health and Social Care which are National recognised certificates.

We have full & part-time opportunities with weekly guaranteed hourly contracts - 16 & 24 hour (terms & conditions) salary from £6,656 - £9,984 per annum and overtime available.
