One of the region's largest employers is looking to recruit an experienced 2nd Line Support professional to join their central IT team, supporting approximately 400 users. The successful 2nd Line Support candidate will have proven IT support experience, with a good technical background.
As 2nd Line Support you will provide responsive and high-quality 1st & 2nd level support service to company employees. 2nd line support is given on hardware, and a wide variety of business and shrink-wrapped applications.
This 2nd Line Support role would suit someone who is considering a move into a supervisory or managerial role in the longer term.
