With our growing business the volume of our cases has risen and with the new year ahead our High Court Division has an increased need for Agents.

We are keen to engage with YOU If you are currently a Self-certificated Agent

The preferred certificated Agent will have experience in the following areas;

* Agreeing, Negotiating and Settling payments in full

* Giving objective information and Escalation consequences of non-payment

* Strong Interpersonal, Influencing, Negotiation and Customer service skills

* Conflict Resolution/Management - Objection handling

* When appropriate, Take Control of Goods in accordance with the Laws Tribunals, Court and Enforcement Act 2007
