Our client, Gloucestershire Council is seeking a Qualified Team Manager Social Worker to join their Safeguarding team

Pay rate: £45 per hour (umbrella).

The role will entail/require the following:
Be responsible for the regular supervision of Social Workers, providing them support and direction. Have knowledge of CP, CIN, and CIC. Quality assurance of reports and assessments. Monitoring the teams performance according to standards and quality of work. Working with colleagues and external agencies to gather information for assessments and care plans. Building a rapport with service users, their families and carers. Chairing all relevant meeting with service users, their families/carers and external professionals. Abiding by statutory guidelines, policies and standards including The Children's Act 1989 (as amended) and The Children's and Social Work Act 2017.
