Claims Handler We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced insurance Claims Handler to join our Team. This role is very customer focussed, requiring you to provide an excellent claims service to our customers and overall claims support to the broking teams. Responsibilities: To achieve your key performance indicators including service targets. To ensure that clients are fully informed of the process of their claims To place handle claims within your authority limits referring unusual cases to an experienced colleague or head office. Clients queries and correspondence. The effective management of your diary. To adhere to agreed policies and procedures as detailed in the claims procedures and in the compliance handbook.
