Client Operations Manager
Client Operations Manager £25 k to £28 k + Annual Discretionary BonusRemote Working (must be able to drive and be local to Gloucestershire area)
Manage the day to day running of the team; including operational duties, diary management, internal systems, booking meetings, general admin Marketing support - social media positing, assisting with the brand refresh, management of the newsletter and magazine circulation Virtual platform coordination - keep up to date with the latest functionalities available from the Virtual platforms available (Skype, Blujeans, Zoom, Teams, Webex etc) and manage internal communication accordingly.
Prior experience with database management Experience using Google Analytics Digitally savvy Ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressurised and ever-changing environment Excellent written and communication skills Broader experiences in working in London and/or abroad will be seen as advantageous
