About the role...

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Asset Management Surveyor to join our forward thinking Property & Asset Management team. You will take responsibility for the management of key building and land assets to ensure a commercial return in line with the local authority regulatory property framework.

You will need to be a highly competent Chartered Surveyor that is able to carry out rent reviews but also comfortable in any lease re-gearing and asset management scenario as well as carrying out various Landlord & Tenant responsibilities.
