A well-established law firm is looking to take on a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/ Chartered Legal Executive with ideally at least 3 years' experience.

Your role will be to assist the Head of Dept to implement the Residential Property Dept Strategy by maximising departmental profitability whilst providing high quality client care standards.

Some responsibilities include will include:
Consistent accuracy, efficiency and volume of work produced Providing top class quality service standards to clients other professional contacts Recording 5 chargeable hours/day Achieving the annual fee earning target
They are offering a very competitive salary between £30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
