Our client, a leading Gloucestershire employer is looking for a Customer Incident Manager to work within a technical team to start as soon as possible.
This is a standalone role and the successful candidate will be exceptional at managing their own workload and being accountable for the customer incident department.
Please note this is a 3 - 6 month contract with possible extension.
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for ensuring all incidents and problems are handled in accordance with company legislation and SLA's.
You will be analysing metrics and reports on performance and investigating and examining incidents and problems ensuring full documentation and providing solutions.
