My Cheltenham based client are looking for a number of customer service advisors on a temporary basis.
My client are a Telecommunications Company who have a contract with a housing company, the purpose of the role is to take initial calls from customers, take down the information and triage the information through to the technical support team.
Within the role, you will work an alternating shift pattern of 8-4 and 12-8.
