Our client based in Cheltenham are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a 1 year fixed term contract. They are looking for someone who has previous experience in a telephone based customer services environment, who is confident handling incoming customer calls and managing messages to return calls.
 
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is passionate about providing excellent customer service, who can remain professional & courteous at all times & who is calm under pressure. All combined with a hard-working attitude and the enthusiasm to go with it!
