This is an exciting opportunity for a Development Team Leader to join our development team, working from home with some travel to Gloucestershire. You will join us on a part-time, fixed term contract until February 2023 (working 20 hours per week). In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £20,115 per annum (pro rota £11,494.29).

The Development Team Leader Role:

This role will be a fundamental part of taking Scouting to new and underrepresented communities and will involve working directly with both adults and young people to run and support youth provision.

The induction programme and ongoing support for the role will provide a range of training in the following areas: leadership, communication skills, project planning and organisation, presenting and training delivery, working with young people, creative thinking and problem solving methods as well as support with IT knowledge.
