Whilst it would be advantageous to have experience within Asbestos & Mesothelioma cases, training will be provided to the right person. There's an existing caseload to manage and a strong referral network within the local area.
What the role will involve?
* Taking instructions from clients and offering sound legal advice taking into account their own particular circumstances
* Managing an existing caseload of disease claims and hit financial billing targets
* Attending support groups and legal drop-ins as required in order to maintain existing relations with the firm's clients
