My Cheltenham based client has an exciting opportunity for a new role within the HR team. They are looking for a HR coordinator to be the key interface between the Apprentices, HR Team, Managers, Partners and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of an outstanding service in all interactions.
As the ideal candidate, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident both in a client facing role and interacting with colleagues at all levels. You will be well-organised with a good eye for detail, able to work both independently and as part of a team and will have personal resilience.
Core responsibilities and duties:
*Organise and coordinate on-boarding of all apprentices together with leading the Apprenticeship induction programme and conducting their 4-week new joiner reviews.
