Head of Service Delivery
A market leading training organisation is looking for its next Head of Service Delivery with a focus on customer service and operational leadership experience to deliver exceptional services to the clients.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of of a large scale managed service delivering bespoke ground up training across a range of highly technical disciplines as well as soft skills.
You will have had previous experience in how to design, implement and continuously improve the Service Strategy in line with an external clients needs across training, learning, apprenticeship and education. Ideally exposure to C suite level communicating business process and methodologies to deliver the services using KPI's and financial metrics in a heavy customer facing environment.
