We support young people in preparation for adulthood. Over the years, we have developed a program of support, which enables young people to develop essential skills enabling them to achieve independence.

Our Service Leads / Home Manager work closely with social care teams, mental health practitioners and YOI teams to ensure a clear support plan with set objectives. Outcomes our monitored and progress tracked, packages are reviewed in line with the young person's progress.

Essential
Able to work in a challenging environment Service Lead Experience 24/7 Support Service Professional or Personal experience working with Children (preferred) Driver (company provide a car / mini bus during working hours) Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends)
