Our industry leading client based in Staverton, Gloucester have a new and exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join the close-knit IT Team on a full-time permanent basis.

You will be responsible for providing mainly 2nd Line IT Support across the business being both an escalation-point for the 1st line team and a support to the more senior engineers. You will be able to get involved in 3rd Line support duties going forward.

Key Responsibilities;

- Provide 2nd Line desktop support and remote IT support to all users.

- Escalate bigger IT issues to senior engineers where necessary.

- Configuring and deploying software to laptops, desktops and mobile devices.

- Provide support to the junior members of the IT team.

- Undertaking small to medium-sized IT projects and supporting the senior members of the team with larger projects.

- Maintaining Microsoft, VMware and Storage servers.
