As a licenced conveyancer, you will utilise your property law knowledge to work on behalf of clients buying or selling houses, flats, business premises or land. You will be responsible for dealing with all the legal matters, administration, finance and queries involved in a property transaction. Your daily activities will be made up of communicating via telephone, email and letter to customers and clients on a regular basis, always protecting your clients' best interests.

This role also requires doing research, creating reports, conducting relevant checks, and making sure that all relevant monies are paid to the relevant parties.
