Location:- Gloucester

Salary:- £28,000 basic + Van - Monday to Friday

Purpose of the Role:

This role is to support the aftercare team with the finishing snags that come up when new home buyers move into their new homes. Rectifying defects and carrying out maintenance works that have arisen within occupied properties since completion.

You will be assigned jobs by the Customer care team who will be speaking to the customers, arranging the appointments then sending you the appointment. After this, you make contact with the home owner to find out more about the fault/defect to make your visit as efficient as possible.

The faults and defects could be anything from joinery works (doors, cupboards, Skirting boards, etc...), Plumbing (leaking taps, showers, sinks, etc...) or larger issues that you may need to review and report back to the customer service team. This maybe...
