Production Supervisor / Manufacturing Team Leader - 40hrs per week (some o/t will be required) - Gloucester - Temporary to Permanent - £14 - £15 p/h

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Manufacturing client based in Gloucester who specialise in metal heat treatment. The position will start off temporary with the view for a permanent contract for the right person.

The successful Production Supervisor / Manufacturing Team Leader will be required to;

To supervise a small team of production operators and machinist
Follow all Health and Safety guidelines whilst implementing any changes
Operate melting equipment
Monitoring staff, one to one's, disciplinary and development

Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Working to team targets

Production high quality products

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have;

Supervisory/Team Leader experience
