Our client based in Cheltenham is looking for a Program Manager to join their team on a contract basis, that should be for approx. 6 months.
The company have a brand new 5 year strategy that needs to be implemented & this post will play a pivotal part in the success of this project. The main focus is on digital working, so we are looking for candidates who have a proven track record within this area of expertise.
You will be responsible for a team of 2 and you will required to create a structure to manage the program of projects, outlining business cases for urgent and critical requirements in order of priority, including those that require additional resources.
Working alongside the Finance Director you will be creating a strategy program to include progress reporting and finance and risk management. You will be fully responsible for managing the program including resource capturing, critical path, project prioritisation & change control.
