Project Administrator

Initial Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Administrator work for a local Manufacturing / Engineering company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist Project Manager with general administration duties

* Coordinate project activities

* Place purchase orders

* Liaise with customers, suppliers and subcontractors

* Answering the telephones

* Progress Chasing

Key Skills/ Experience:

* Fantastic IT Skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages including Excel

* Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise

* Good communications skills - Written and verbal

* Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage

* Technically minded

Hours: 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 2.00pm Friday (37.5 hours per week)
