Job Title: Property Manager
Hours: Full-time. Monday - Friday
Salary: Dependant on Experience
 
We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join a well-respected Gloucestershire based company on a full-time, permanent basis. We are looking for experienced, confident professionals with a successful background in Property Management. Role is commutable from Cheltenham, Gloucester, Evesham, Tewksbury and Worcester
 
Roles & Responsibilities for Property Manager:

Liaising with clients to organise virtual and face to face viewings
Managing a large portfolio of units
Liaising regularly with landlords and tenants
Negotiating tenancy renewals and drawing up of contract renewals
Management of tenancy check outs
Visits to check on properties as agreed with landlords and tenants
