An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen with one of our growing clients in Cheltenham for a dynamic, part-time Recruitment Coordinator to play a key role in the recruitment of volunteer staff. Responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator;

-Posting job adverts to attract volunteers

-Develop interviewing process

-Engaging with and supporting volunteers along their journey

-Aid with the retention of volunteer staff

-Suggest process improvements based upon volunteer feedback

-Other adhoc admin duties as required
