Highly innovative listed business in Cheltenham now seeks to appoints a suitably qualified Senior Finance Analyst. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance the role will help drive continuous improvements in reporting and decision making to support effective capital management. This role will operate cross functionally to deliver first class management reporting and forecasting for the business.

. Specific duties include:
Providing analysis on strategic initiatives and report trends in periodic board papers, highlighting any risks and opportunities Leading financial modelling on proposals and ongoing performance monitoring Applying financial insight on to non-financial KPIs ensuring delivery of productivities Analysis to improve commercial outcomes within the business e.g. product and client profitability analysis Completing Finance Board Pack Reporting and additional financial analysis as requested by the Board
