National house builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their award-winning team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a local development, for a company that strive for success across all aspects of the build process.

With your experience within new build housing, you will run the development, working alongside the Contracts Manager to ensure the site is run effectively. Following NHBC guidelines to complete the project on time, on budget and pushing to win awards.

You must have up to date tickets (SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS) as well as prior experience as a Site Manager.
