Service Delivery Manager
A large global technical engineering business is looking for an experienced leader to establish and manage its Connected Services Operations Centre ensuring continuity of service and support throughout the service life cycle from pre-sales, through to installation and commissioning and aftermarket support.
The role will help define, set and deliver support levels in line with and exceeding internal and external customer expectations. This will be achieved through collaboration across the wider Digital, integration's and 3rd party providers to ensure a consistent and well informed process and procedure to provide proactive support for its global client base.
Ideally you will have experience establishing a digital operations support service with exposure to cloud based connected platforms developing operation support processes.
