Key Objectives

To manage the end to end supply chain for purchase order and customer orders in a quick and efficient manner ensuring all activities are undertaken to maximise levels of customer satisfaction, minimum cost and on time and in full.

Key Tasks

- Managing the end to end supply chain for purchase orders and sales order management to include;

o Processing sales orders, monitoring order progress and status

o Management of imports and export. Ensuring On Time In Full best price and compliance to all regulatory requirements.

o Undertake debit notes, delivery and order investigation.

o Supply Chain planning.
Pallet and container planning. Providing warehouse with 3 monthly forecast. Providing 3PL's with 3 monthly transport forecasts. Import and Export duty planning Budget Analysis.
o Logging and analysing OTIF issues
