Hays Social Care are looking for experienced Support Workers to support a client in the Forest of Dean.

Your new company
Hays Social Care are working with a client in the Forest Of Dean who support 4 adults with Autism and behaviours that challenge. We are also offering FREE PBM training to aid in supporting the residence within the service.

Your new role
You will be required to support adults with Autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge within a residential service. You will be promoting the independence of residents, supporting them in the community and helping them to live a fulfilled life.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will need to be open to shift cover, have at least 6 months experience and / or hold an NVQ L2 / L3 in Health and Social Care. Being able to drive is a bonus.
