Team Coordinator

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Team Coordinator based in Gloucester. The successful candidate will earn £22,880.

The candidate will work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with share of on call requirement out of hours.

Role Requirements
Hold a good understanding of computer based systems, care planning, excel, word, outlook etc. Good communicator. Good Timekeeping skills. Have a good working understanding / knowledge of the issues faced by carers and individuals who receive care. Hold, working towards or willing to undertake a diploma level 3 in health and social care. Ability to work well under pressure.
Role Responsibilities
To organise and coordinate the daily care visits using CM2000. To monitor live data, consolidate and rectify any issues with live call monitoring. You will be required to hold the on call phone on a rota basis and respond appropriately to emergencies and rota concerns, where the need arises ...
