Our client is currently recruiting a driven, enthusiastic Transaction Manager to join their growing team.

As a Transactional Manager, you will be focusing on stacking deals together, promoting and arranging finance and insurance products, providing quotes for customers and seeing each deal through every point from start to finish.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

- Delivering the financial business plan
- Manage operations in line with the FSA standards
- Coaching and mentoring Sales Executives
- Produce and analyse reports
- Support the Sales Managers

Essential requirements for the role:

- Robust understanding of effective sales techniques
- Strong numerical knowledge
- Ability to motivate: both yourself and your team
- Customer service experience
