Workshop Coordinator

Location: Cirencester

Salary:  25,000- 27,500

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

About the Role...
We are looking for a Workshop Coordinator to work alongside the Service Manager.
The role is both demanding and diverse as we are looking for someone who can help organise the daily workload...

Duties will include the following:
* Dealing with 'walk in' customers
* Process the depot's warranty
* Answering service calls
* Raising job cards
* Covering the service department in the absence of the Service Manager
* Organising the engineers workload via our scheduler

Requirments needed to join the team: 
* Able to communicate clearly and effectively
* Excellent customer skills
* Great organiser
* Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
* Sound technical knowledge
